Dear Parent/Carer
Your child will be brining home today a permission form from the School Nurse Team about the Flu Immunisations they will be carrying out in Autumn 2025.
Please complete the form and return it before Friday 11th July 2025. The nurses will be collecting the forms from school on this date.
We have attached a copy of the information letter they have sent for you to read.
