Dear Parents/Carers,
The 80-year VE Day commemorations are taking place on Thursday 8th May 2025.
To celebrate this day, we are inviting the children to come to school wearing red, white and blue.
We are also holding a school picnic (Reception to Year 6) on our school field. Nursery and EE will be holding their own celebrations during the morning.
School Meals are offering a picnic box via ParentPay (there will be no hot meals available on that day).
Menu choice – Sandwich (cheese, ham or tuna), Sausage roll and chicken nuggets (alternatives will be available for those with dietary needs) and a drink.
If you wish your child to have a school picnic box, please make your selection via Parent Pay by Tuesday 6th May at the latest. If you have not selected a meal via Parent Pay we will assume you are providing a packed lunch from home.
